What kind of photo should I send?
One clear, well-lit photo where we can see your pet's face. A normal phone photo is perfect. If we think a different shot would look better, we'll reach out before we start.
What if it doesn't look like my pet?
We redraw it for free — as many times as it takes. Still not in love? You get a full refund. Our whole promise is that it looks like your baby.
What makes this different from a free app?
Every portrait is custom-made and matched to your pet's exact face, fur and markings, then printed on museum-grade canvas built to last on a wall — not a throwaway screen filter.
How long until it arrives?
You'll see a digital proof within a couple of days. Once approved, your printed piece arrives in about 2 weeks total. Working toward a birthday or holiday? Tell us at checkout and we'll do everything we can.
What sizes and formats do you offer?
Gallery canvas in three sizes — 12×12, 12×16 and an extra-large 18×24 — plus an optional high-resolution digital file you can print or share anywhere.
Can I include more than one pet?
Absolutely. Add a second pet to the same portrait, or order a matching set so the whole royal family is represented.
Do you ship outside the US?
We currently ship across the United States. If you're elsewhere and dying for one, email us — we'll see what we can do.
