Because every Pawlace portrait is custom-made for your pet, our return policy works a little differently than a standard store — but you are always protected by our guarantee.

Our "Looks Like Your Baby" Guarantee
Every order includes:
- A free digital proof before we print anything.
- Unlimited free revisions until you are happy with your portrait.
- A 100% money-back guarantee — if your portrait does not look like your pet and we cannot make it right, we will refund you in full.

Custom / personalized items
Because each portrait is created specifically for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, or for ordering the wrong size or style after approving your proof. This is standard for personalized products — your guarantee above protects you instead.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. You have 30 days from delivery to report a problem. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us at autocontentlg@gmail.com with your order number and a photo, and we will reprint and reship it free — or refund you.

How to start a request
Email autocontentlg@gmail.com with your order number and the reason. Please do not send anything back before contacting us — items returned without an approved request cannot be processed. If a return is approved, we will email you instructions on how and where to send it.

Refunds
Once we have reviewed your request, we will let you know if your refund is approved. If approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. It can take additional time for your bank or card company to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you have not received it, contact us at autocontentlg@gmail.com.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you may have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving it. Please note that custom-made and personalized goods may be exempt from this right under EU law. Contact us at autocontentlg@gmail.com and we will walk you through your options.
