Where we ship
We currently ship across the United States.

Processing & production
Every Pawlace portrait is made to order, so here is the typical timeline:
- Digital proof: 1–3 business days after you order, emailed to you for approval.
- Production & delivery: about 2 weeks total to your door after you approve your proof.

Tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Delivery times can vary slightly during holidays and peak periods.

Digital orders
If you ordered the digital file only, there is nothing to ship — we email your high-resolution file after proof approval, so no shipping time applies.

Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us right away at autocontentlg@gmail.com and we will update it if your order has not shipped yet.
