Our products
Each Pawlace portrait is a custom, made-to-order product created from the photo and options you provide. Product images on our site are examples; your finished portrait is created specifically for your pet.

Your photo & content
By uploading a photo, you confirm that you own it or have the right to use it, and you grant us permission to use it solely to create and deliver your order. Please do not upload anything you do not have the rights to use.

Proofs & revisions
We email you a digital proof before printing and offer unlimited free revisions. Production begins once you approve your proof, or after a reasonable time if we do not hear back from you.

Pricing & payment
All prices are listed in US dollars and may change at any time. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay. Payment is processed securely at checkout.

Guarantee & refunds
Your satisfaction is covered by our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
