This Privacy Policy describes how Pawlace ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares your personal information when you visit or make a purchase from our store.

When you visit the site, we collect basic information about your device and browsing (pages viewed, device type, referring site) to help us run and improve the store. When you place an order, we collect the information you provide: your name, billing and shipping address, email, the pet photo you upload, and payment details (processed securely by our payment provider — we never see or store your full card number).

How we use your information
We use your information to:
- Create, fulfill, and deliver your order, including producing your custom portrait.
- Communicate with you about your order, proofs, and support requests.
- Improve and market our products. We never sell your personal information.

Your pet photo
The photo you upload is used solely to create your portrait. You can ask us to delete it at any time by emailing autocontentlg@gmail.com.

Sharing your information
We share your information only with the services needed to run the store and fulfill your order — for example our ecommerce platform (Shopify), payment processors, and our print and shipping partners — and only as needed to complete your order. We may also share information when required to comply with the law or to protect our rights.

Your rights
