What we collect
Information you provide at checkout — name, email, shipping address, and the pet photo you upload — plus standard order and payment details processed securely by Shopify. We also collect basic analytics (pages visited, device type) to improve the store.
How we use it
To create and deliver your portrait, communicate about your order, provide support, and improve our products and marketing. We never sell your personal information.
Your photo
The photo you upload is used solely to produce your portrait. Request deletion any time by emailing us.
Third parties
We share data only with the services that run the store and fulfill orders (e.g., Shopify, payment processors, our print/fulfillment partner) and only as needed to complete your order.
