Orders & custom work
Each portrait is a custom, made-to-order product created from the photo and options you provide. You confirm you have the right to use any photo you upload.
Proofs & revisions
We provide a digital proof before printing and unlimited free revisions. Production begins after you approve the proof (or after a reasonable time if we don't hear back).
Pricing
Prices are listed in USD and may change. The price at checkout is the price you pay.
Guarantee & refunds
Our satisfaction guarantee and refund terms are described in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
